Execution:

Sit down in the leg press machine with your feet shoulder width apart on the platform. Slowly lower the weight towards you with your legs, keeping your back and abs tight, Pause when you’ve reached the point where your quads are perpendicular to your seat angle, then press the weight back to the starting position.
