Execution:

Start by positioning yourself on the machine, face down and grasping the handles to help keep your body tight. Position the roller pads so that they're just above your heels. Curl your heel up towards your gluts until it just about touches it. Lower the weight slowly, complete the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
