Equipment:Cable machine with high pulley, 2 single grip handles
Movement type:solation
Execution:

Take hold of one handle attached to the low pulley machine using an underhand grip. Slowly curl the handle up to touch your hand to your opposite shoulder, focusing on having your biceps move the weight. Slowly return to the start position and repeat with you’re the other arm. Make sure that your motion is natural throughout the entire movement rather than keeping your back rigid. Some swaying is ok as you lift and lower the weight as this is a more natural movement and will keep your biceps in the correct plain during the exercise.
