Execution:

Sit on a bench with your feet firmly on the ground. Bend over and take hold of a dumbbell with your right hand, palm facing up. Let your elbow rest on your inner thigh. Slowly raise your hand toward your upper arm., contact the bicep, then lower the dumbbell to its starting position. Complete the desired number of repetitions, then repeat with the left arm.
