Movement type:Isolation
Execution:
Sit on the bench and grip the bar about shoulder-width apart on the angled portion of the bar. Lifting the bar to the starting position directly overhead. Keeping the weight under control, lower the bar behind your head by bending at the elbows until you feel a full stretch in your triceps. Pause briefly at the bottom and then drive the weight back up to the starting position by fully locking out your elbows. Repeat the motion for desired number of repetitions.
