Equipment:EZ-Curl Bar, Flat Bench.
Movement type:Isolation
Execution:
Pick the loaded bar up off the ground and sit yourself down on a flat bench with the bar resting on your thighs. Then lie back on the bench and allow the bar to rest on your chest. Push the bar up and fully extend your arms to reach the starting position.. Start the movement by bending at the elbows and lowering the weight behind your head. Once you feel a full stretch in your triceps, drive the weight back up by extending your elbows until they are fully locked out. Repeat for the desired number of reps. When the set is completed simply rest the bar on your chest and roll your body to an upright position.
