Movement type:Isolation
Execution:
Stand or sit with a dumbell in each hand. Raise the dumbells overhead to the starting position. Slowly lower the dumbells behind the head, keeping the elbows close to head. At the bottom of the movement feel a deep stretch in the triceps, then extend the elbows back to the starting position. Repeat for desired number of reps.
