Execution:
Using a flat bench, start by sitting sideways on the bench with knees and legs together slightly bent. Extend your legs out and rest them on another bench 3 feet away. Grasp both hands down by your side onto the bench making sure that your hands are parallel to you shoulders. Slowly lower your body bending at the elbows until you've reached the lowest point. Then raise your body back until your arms are fully extended again. This exercise can also be done with weight placed on the lap by a training partner.
