Execution:

Lie on a flat bench with feet firmly on the floor. Grasp the bar with a wider than shoulder width grip and pull the bar out of the rack. Have a training partner place the boards on the chest, then lower the bar until it touches the boards, forcefully press to lockout. Do not bounce the bar off of the boards, simply touch, then press.
