Pick up a pair of dumbbells off the ground and stand with your feet spaced shoulder-width apart. With your palms facing out, curl the weight up until your forearms are fully flexed. Squeeze your forearms in this position and then lower the weight down until your forearms are fully extended. Repeat this motion for the desired number of repetitions
