Pec Deck Fly
Primary Muscle :Chest/Pectorals
Secondary Muscles:Pec Deck Machine
Equipment:Pec Deck Machine
Movement type:Isolation
Execution:
Place your inner arms against the padding of the pec deck machine and get a grip on the handles. Keep your back straight and chest out. Use your chest muscles only to pull your bent arms together towards the middle. Slowly release your hands back to the original position. You will notice your chest expanding so just go with the flow. Expand your chest while your arms are stretched out. This will work the outer muscles of your chest. Resist the urge to start pulling with your arms as you fatigue, this is a chest isolation exercise and doesn’t need to be done with maximal weights, rather maximum stimulation.
