Movement type:Compound
Execution:

Step into weighted dip belt with appropriate weight. You may need to stand on a bench to reach the chin up bar before you begin. Start with hands at shoulder width apart with palms facing away on chin up bar and extend down into the hanging position. Contract the lats hard and rise up to the bar. Slowly lower the body back down to full extension, then repeat.
