Inzer Briefs Review
Product Review & Testimonials

For those interested in using briefs, either to train in alone or beneath their squat suit, Inzer has 4
different options to choose from depending on your performance needs.
The entry level briefs are the Groove Briefs. Look for these to add some hip support at the bottom of
the squat or pull, but don’t expect a tone of carryover or rebound. The material is thinner and will have
a tendency to stretch out, but they are very cheap so if you want something to throw on in training
that will last 7 or 8 weeks then these are fine. The same can be said for the Heavy Duty Groove Briefs.
Essentially more material, but again they will stretch out and lose any pop they once had. These brief
products are really the hold overs from a bygone era of the sport, much like the blast shirt.
The next step up in performance and really the baseline for comparison with other brands are Inzers
Power pants. They are made with Inzers’ Heavy Duty material, are cut to be a full brief in the leg length
and waist height. These would be their single ply full briefs to worn under a suit in competition. Look for
some spring out of these for a while, but like most briefs some tailoring maybe necessary over time as
the hips stretch out. Over all a solid Inzer brief that will give you consistent results and wear.
Finally Inzer offers the Predator pant as its top of the line performance briefs. This a two ply brief made
with Inzers PGX material (found in the Rage X bencher), and has some glute support sewn in. Look for
these briefs to provide plenty of rebound as Inzer gear is typically stretchier by design with less binding
up than other brands. These briefs will provide a competitive advantage when used under a suit in
competition, or allow for heavier weights on your back in training.

“ the Power Pants are solid. I’ve used mine consistently in the gym for a over a year and their still
holding up great.” – Cash, California

gear means stronger lifters” – Dan, Utah

Predator briefs is insane.” – Logan, Ohio
“ I like training in the Power Pants, they give some extra hip and leg support and a fair amount of pop
out of the hole. A great training brief.” – Josh, Louisiana
“ The Predators a little pricey but well worth it if you’re looking for something heavy duty to squat in.” –
Oscar, New Jersey
