Titan F6 Bench Shirt
Product Review & Testimonials
by Violent Hero Powerlifting Staff

The Titan F-6 Bench Shirt could be described as the kinder gentler pre-cursor to the Katana. A much more user friendly shirt to use. While Titan espouses the “angled sleeve design” for arched benchers, I feel this is really relative. Yes the Titan F-6 Bench Shirt has angled sleeves but is much more forgiving on the decent that a Katana. Part of this is because the sleeves have straight stitching down the arm. This allows for more variance in where you can put the chest plate, how far up the arms will suck up, and how the sleeves are spun. Generally speaking this shirt is more like a Rage X than a Katana…and with similar performance benefits. It will be easier to touch lighter weights, more forgiving with grip width and body angle, and a little springier out of the bottom with less stopping power. The Titan F-6 Bench Shirt is a great beginner’s shirt for someone who has an arched raw set up and wants to start learning gear. Overall a good value with respectable performance.
