 Formerly known as the Dual Quad, the new Titan Super Centurion Squat Suit is the knarliest single ply suit they make. The primary difference between the regular and Titan Super Centurion Squat Suit is that the harness system which cradles the hips and legs is reinforced, creating a more explosive shot out of the hole…provided you can get down there.

Most lifters report some frustration at first with getting to depth, and some form issues in general. Once the Titan Super Centurion Squat Suit is worn in though the PR’s abound. This is really a suit for a single ply lifter who loves gear. If you are the type of lifter who thrives in that most uncomfortable of environments created by tight, stiff gear then you will love the Titan Super Centurion Squat Suit.

However, it is not a very forgiving suit, and many find the Titan Super Centurion Squat Suit to be too much suit because of the difficulty in getting to depth. It just takes a lot of weight to get down in this suit, which can be great if you’re willing to wait it out and take advantage of the great rebound.

Definitely a great suit for moving maximum  poundage’s in single ply powerlifting federations.
